Description
EVA base material: usually closed cell EVA foam with good elasticity, flexibility and cushioning performance. Its hardness, density and other indicators can be adjusted according to different needs. The common hardness range is 25-65 Shore, and the thickness is generally 0.5-30mm.
Adhesives: Commonly used adhesives include rubber adhesives and acrylic adhesives. Rubber adhesive has strong adhesion and good initial adhesion; Acrylic adhesive has good weather resistance, water resistance, and high temperature resistance.
Performance Characteristics
Easy to paste: One side has its own adhesive, no additional glue is needed, just tear off the release paper to paste, the operation is simple, and it can improve construction efficiency.
Buffer and shock absorption: EVA material itself has good elasticity and buffering performance, which can effectively absorb vibration and impact, reduce the impact of vibration on objects, and protect them from damage.
Waterproof and dust-proof: EVA foam with closed cell structure has good waterproof and dust-proof properties, which can prevent water and dust from entering the sealed space and play a good sealing role.
Good weather resistance: It has good resistance to high and low temperatures, can maintain stable performance in the temperature range of -45 ℃ to+80 ℃, does not flow, deform, or crack, and also has characteristics such as aging resistance and corrosion resistance, with a long service life.
Excellent flexibility: EVA material has good flexibility and can be bent freely, adapting to various shapes and surfaces, and can wrap around right angles, rounded table edges, etc.
Application field
In the field of electronics, it is used for sealing, buffering, and protection of electronic devices, such as mobile phones, computers, speakers, etc. The outer shell of these devices is sealed to prevent dust and moisture from entering, while also providing shock absorption to protect internal components.
In the automotive field, it can be used for sealing car doors and windows, pasting car door interior panels, shock absorption and sound insulation of engine compartments, etc. It can effectively improve the sealing and comfort of cars, reduce noise and vibration.
In the field of architecture, it is widely used in the sealing of building doors and windows, installation of curtain walls, and insulation of pipelines, which can achieve waterproof, soundproof, and thermal insulation effects.
Packaging field: commonly used for packaging fragile items such as glass products, ceramic products, etc., providing cushioning protection to prevent damage during transportation.
In the field of home furnishings, it can be used for collision prevention and anti slip of furniture, such as table and chair mats, cabinet door seals, etc. It can also be used for pasting and fixing some small parts in home decoration.
