1. Structure and core parameters
Structure: Release paper → Pure acrylic adhesive film → Release paper (without any substrate)
Thickness: Regular 0.05–0.13 mm (50–130 μm), more than half thinner than adhesive with substrate
Color: Transparent/Light Yellow, almost invisible after bonding
Temperature resistance: long-term 80–95℃, short-term 180–205℃ (acrylic system)
Adhesion: High initial adhesion, stable retention, friendly to metals, plastics, glass, and foam (including melamine foam)
II. Key Features (Compared with Base Materials)
✅ Ultra-thin without adding thickness: suitable for precision assembly and narrow edge fitting
✅ Excellent conformability: perfectly fits curved surfaces, rough surfaces, and microporous materials (such as triamine cotton)
✅ Clean and no precipitation: no substrate, no small molecule migration, suitable for electronics / optics / medical
✅ Waterproof and heat-resistant: Stable under double 85 (85℃/85% RH), not prone to delamination
❌ No cushioning: Cannot replace foam tape for shockproofing
❌ Poor impact resistance: suitable for plane shear force, not suitable for large-area peeling force
