A porous elastic material made from silicone rubber (polysiloxane) as the base material, which is expanded and vulcanized at high temperatures by adding a foaming agent. 2. Low density lightweight silicone foam

  • Density of 0.2-0.3g/cm ³, low compressive stress, filling large gaps
  • Application: Gap filling for power battery cells, shock-absorbing pads for cabinets

3. Ceramic flame retardant silicone foam (specifically designed for energy storage and fire prevention)

Soft at room temperature; Rapid formation of dense ceramic hard shell at temperatures exceeding 500 ℃, isolating flames and blocking the spread of thermal runaway
  • Application: Energy storage battery module insulation and isolation, PACK fireproof buffer pad

4. Thermal conductive silicon foam (composite thermal conductive powder)

Balancing elastic cushioning and thermal dissipation, replacing thermal silicone pads
